From Inspiration to Execution: About Effloresce Aesthetics
Effloresce Aesthetics, led by interdisciplinary artist, professor, and curator Jason Hoelscher (MFA, PhD), brings over 30 years of international exhibition and public art experience. Projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia include a suite of terrazzo floor medallions for GSP International Airport and Pollinate at Boston City Hall Plaza, widely covered in the press and named one of Boston’s “most Instagrammable spots.” We partner with civic, corporate, and cultural organizations to produce site-responsive works—murals, shade structures, walkways, sculptures, domes, architectural integrations, and more—that translate complex ideas into bold visual forms to engage movement, attention, and community.
From concept to crane lift, our specialists combine deep aesthetic knowledge of art/site/space relationships with creative vision, material fluency, and logistical savvy to deliver public art that’s striking, durable, and built to last.
